Integrated System of Management

Esmena Group has developed an Integrated System of Management as a result of the decision of the board of director of the company of implementing a quality and environmental policy, according to International Standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996 rules, following the consideration of the Quality and the Environment as key factors for success and continuous improvement.

This system of management is based on the principle that must be understood, applied and updated in all levels of the company, being applicable to all operations of the company that have to do with quality of the manufactured or distributed products or dealing with environmental influences.

Through this managing system:

  • There have been set up the necessary processes for the system of management and its application throughout the    organization, as is shown in the “Interaction Process Diagram”.
  • It has been determined the sequence and interaction of these processes and activities – as shown in reference   diagram – that includes the management, provision of resources, product elaboration and measurements.
  • Necessary criteria and methods have been settled down in order to achieve a more efficient control of processes and   activities.
  • Needed information and resources are available to help the follow-up, measuring and analysis of the processes.
  • Necessary actions are taken to reach the targets and the continuous improvement of the processes.
  • Follow-up, measuring and analysis of these processes are made.
